Software design can be defined into 6 key stages :-

1 - CONCEPT
The aim is to provide the customer with a solution to his/her problem either fully integrated or for a specific need.

2 - CONSULTATION
With the aid of flowcharts and schematic diagrams the needs are determined so that a cost effective solution can be agreed enabling the customer to get in a feasible time scale a result that will achieve the aims of the concept above.

3 - PLANNING
The customer is able to liase with our programming team who will use their considerable experience to quickly & efficiently suggest a plan to the specific requirements of the customer.

4 - IMPLEMENTATION
Installing the new software so that the business can continue to operate in a normal fashion with the minimum amount of disruption to key areas within the business. This could include data conversion where applicable, dedicated staff training tailored to the ability of the employee and an ongoing appraisal of the system so that users' own ideas can be incorporated into the system.

5 - SUPPORT
Once the system is working to the customer's satisfaction, the software provider will continue to provide enhancements so that the software is always using the most up to date operating system and current technology to its fullest potential.
