is required prior to commencement of work. |

Payment Terms are :- |
25% with order. |

25% after customisation
to be paid prior to delivery of software. |

50% 30 days from
installation/delivery. |

The software is licenced for
the number of site installations as agreed at time of quotation. |

A maintenance agreement is
to be signed and renewed annually in order that general enhancements
and updates are available. |
