TERMS & CONDITIONS - LICENCE AGREEMENT

Note "WS" = Whiteland Software

Please read this agreement carefully before using the program. WS will only licence the agreement to you if you accept the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, promptly notify WS and request a refund of the amount paid less development costs & out of pocket expenses incurred by the provider.

The program is owned by WS and is copyrighted and licensed, not sold unless specifically agreed otherwise.

1 - Use
You (an entity or person) may use the software product in the quantity stated either on a standalone computer or on a network, if you meet the following conditions. The software and authorised no of end users i.e. No of Installations will be identified in the WS Agreement Certificate accompanying the software upon initial set up.

2 - Restrictions
Except as expressly authorised by this agreement or the release notes, you may not alter, merge, modify or adapt the software in any way including reverse engineering, disassembling or decompiling. You may not loan, rent, lease or licence the software or any copy. However, you may transfer the software on a permanent basis provided you notify the provider and they agree and that the software, this software agreement and all documentation and media and you do not retain any copies.

3 - Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the software and user documentation are owned by WS and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

4 - Limited Warranty
Except as specifically provided herein, WS makes no warranty, representation, promise or guarantee, either express or implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the software, user documentation or related technical support, including their quality, performance, merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose.

5 - Limitation Of Liability
Because software is inherently complex and may not be completely free of errors, it is your responsibility to verify our work and to make appropriate copies of data files on a regular basis. WS will not be responsible for failure to do so. In no event will WS be liable for indirect, special, incidental, tort, economic, cover or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use WS products or services, including without limitation, damages or costs relating to the loss of profits, business, goodwill, data or computer programs.
